Sloane and Narya

Elowyn Sullivan [9:12 PM]
Oh so you wanna be a hero do you? Ugg...of course he did jut rush off without thinking magic blazing. Always getting himself killed an once again she was left without him to deal with well his not being here. On the outside she had appeared perfectly fine at least fine enough. Although her mind was a swirling vortex of emotions. So, she vanished into the Void and crawled under her father's throne as it were. She used to do this as a child it had been her way of saying bug off world. It was amazing she still fit under it.

Yiska Lavoie-Darzi [9:23 PM]
Why wouldn't she fit underneath his throne? She was within the void. The mortal laws of physic didn't fit here. No, it was a realm ran more on emotions than logic, and thus her desire to hid away beneath his throne like she had when she had been a child made it so the spot was big enough to hold her now bigger form. Narya found himself kneeling before his chair as he had when she did this as a child. "What are you doing?" It was the same question he asked when she did this as a child. There were no judgement within his tone---only a gentle prodding to get her to open up to him.

Elowyn Sullivan [9:38 PM]
She looked up at her father strands of her red hair falling across her eyes. Should have figured he show up and ruin a perfectly good hiding place. Everyone else would leave her alone here. "Sitting." She told him because that was very obvious that she was on her butt sitting.

Yiska Lavoie-Darzi [9:46 PM]
He raised a brow upon hearing her response. "I can see that, but why are you sitting underneath my throne?" She shouldn't be surprised that he noticed her there. He always tended to.

Elowyn Sullivan [9:58 PM]
"Because sitting on top of it would gather too much attention?" She asked tilting her because it probably would gather curious onlookers. "I just...ugg...itis my fault I asked him to go. I knew he was all I want to die but still I asked and it was his nightmare. Now he is either dead or trapped in his nightmare. I can't do anything right."

Yiska Lavoie-Darzi [10:09 PM]
"More than sitting underneath it would?" His tone made it clear that he found the entire notion to be ridiculous. Than a look of understanding drifted across his face upon hearing her next words. "This's about Istvan."

Elowyn Sullivan [10:16 PM]
Her thoughts were jumbled and she wasn't sure she was making sense. Good thing her father was good with things that didn't make sense. She nodded. "I could have fought the big bad. Hell I should have. But no he gas Deva carry me off. And he has to rush in and get himself killed again. Always dying on me." She started to utter curses in all sorts of tongues.

Yiska Lavoie-Darzi [10:19 PM]
Yes, it was good he had a talent for dealing with things that didn't make sense. This might even be the reason why she came here in the first place because she wished to voice her emotions to someone whom would get it even while she didn't get it herself. He raised a brow at the strings of curses she let out. "Are you certain he's dead?"

Elowyn Sullivan [10:29 PM]
She eyed him with a sigh. "If not he is trapped inside his worst nightmare and I have no vlue how to get him out. Because otherwise you would think he would let me know he was alright." If he was alright and hadn't told her she was going to throttlr him.

Yiska Lavoie-Darzi [10:44 PM]
"Maybe. Maybe not. He might not know how to get a message to you." The between was the realm between realm. He could only imagine the different worlds that existed out there and there was no way of knowing which Istvan might have fallen into. The one thing he did know for certain was that he doubted Istvan would purposely keep Sloane in the dark about his well-being yet the fact he haven't sent her words didn't mean he was dead or trapped. "He's strong if anyone can find  a way to survive within the between it would be him"

Elowyn Sullivan [10:50 PM]
"But he wants to die. He told me so. He was just waiting to get Deva better and he is so what if he decided not to fight. He might have just embraced the end. He wanted to leave me and well..." She covered her eyes so not to cry cause she hated crying.

Yiska Lavoie-Darzi [10:55 PM]
"He wanted to return to the Goddess' embrace." For some that wouldn't be much of a difference, but Sloane was smart enough to realize it was. Dying within the between would never make that dream a reality. He would simply cease to be as his very essence would be absorbed by the between.

Elowyn Sullivan [11:04 PM]
"Yes. But he gave it up. He should have just let me fight. I can fight a dark battle of minds. I  mean I am your daughter." She didn't like using her darker powers but she had and she would again if need be. She could still remember the last time well that she used a lit way back at the end of the concept war.

Yiska Lavoie-Darzi [11:11 PM]
"Did he? Or did he simply choose not to risk something he valued more? Yes, you are my daughter but that doesn't mean you were best suited to fight the big bad of the between. The between is different than the void." Could he survive the between? Probably. He had a strong enough will and survive within that place boiled down to it, but he had no more power within that place than the next person did. Istvan had spent the void how long within that place. Longer than he had spent within Asmiara or any other place. It had become a part of him in ways that not even he realized. It was strange what you realized after the fact, and it seemed his daughter had not come up with the same conclusion. "He had to be the one to do that battle."

Elowyn Sullivan [11:18 PM]
"No." She said firmly. "He didn't have to be the one. Him and Deva always protecting me while I watch them march off to battle time and again. I want to protect them for once and damn the risks. They take risks all the time but no. Sloane has to be carried off like some damn princess in need of saving." She snorted as she pulled her legs up. "I could have saved him. I know it."

Yiska Lavoie-Darzi [11:42 PM]
"They love you, and I'm glad they insist on protecting you." He leaned closer to her. "Save him from what? The between? It was already apart of him even before he escaped the first time. The only thing you would have succeeded in doing is having a fate he gave everything to ensure you wouldn't have. He didn't need saving. What he needs is for you to ensure that his actions wasn't done in vain."

Elowyn Sullivan [12:16 AM]
She snorted at his words. "You would say that. You think I am a pretty princess too." She told him with a huff. "From being stuck in there." She told him. "Still he shouldn't have. I break everything I touch." She said with a mumble.

Yiska Lavoie-Darzi [12:21 AM]
"No, I think you are my daughter and that I wouldn't want to exist within a world without you." He didn't often tell her that he loved her, and even than he didn't say the words but even so the meaning behind his words couldn't be lost upon her. "You don't know for certain he's stuck." He grabbed her face. "Stop that. You don't break everything you touch."

Elowyn Sullivan [3:23 PM]
She cast her eyes towards him giving him one of those looks. Some might say she got her hard time showing emotions from her father. As he grabbed her face she mumbled. "Stop that daddy. I will break you next." She sighed bringing her fingers through her hair. "I try to be a good girl even though Kolya insists I am an elf but things just kind of blow up on me."

Yiska Lavoie-Darzi [3:30 PM]
She might. He certain wasn't a book of open affections. That was her mother. In fact, his display right now was the most one can tend to expect from him. "You will not. You can't break me. I am madness and madness cannot be broken." He chuckled at her words. "Technically he's right. Things don't blow up on you. Life just happens. Stop blaming yourself for the things you can't control. You are not all knowing and all powerful."

Elowyn Sullivan [4:06 PM]
"That is great but I always seem to make the wrong choices even my son is mad at me. I just wanted to keep him safe. I hurt Istvan and Deva got the concepts killed. I know I know. Goddess who would have thought people would behave so stupidly when they died and fight each other like that. It was like they learned nothing from them."

Yiska Lavoie-Darzi [4:18 PM]
"He is, but you can mend things with your son if you truly wished." He understood both sides. He knew why she made the decision she did and why Yuriy was upset with her. Yet, he knew in spite his rage that her son loved her. It was the reason behind why he was upset with her. "I didn't get why you couldn't be with both. They both would have been perfectly fine with that." He laughed at her words. "Because people behave stupidly when their entire world comes crashing down. They never been without the guidance of the concept. They didn't know how the world was going to continue spinning without them, and some saw it as a way to seize power---to become the new concepts." Elowyn Sullivan [4:30 PM]
She snorted she was working on it but he was so stubborn. "I just thought I should have one. Maybe I am what is the term for people  that only have one lover?" She was never sure herself it just seemed like the right choice at the time. "Phooey. I mean the answer should have been clear those closet to the concepts like Lana or their priests and such who were alive were the obvious ones to lead. I sometimes don't feel bad about the ones I drove crazy. Probably makes me a bad person."

Yiska Lavoie-Darzi [4:36 PM]
He was her and Deva's son. It would be more shocking if he wasn't stubborn. "Delusional?" He offered, knowing perfectly well that wasn't the term. "You were never meant for just one." He didn't think anyone whom were longed lived as they were meant for just one. He knew that there were some whom managed it, but he thought they were living within a dream that they would eventually wake up from. "It should have, but it wasn't. It's hard to see when the sky is falling down. You shouldn't feel bad. They got what they deserve and you saved your people with that action."

Elowyn Sullivan [4:47 PM]
She laughed a sort of bitter laugh. "Yes. Yay me. I both ruined and saved the world. I guess we now know the true meaning of being born of a destructive and creative concept. I can blow it up than piece it back together quite nicely." She had always struggled with her dual nature but as time moved on she liked to think she was more comfortable in her skin. "Anyways thanks. I think I might just hang out here for awhile. The void is strangely peaceful when my mind is all over the place."

Yiska Lavoie-Darzi [4:51 PM]
"You haven't ruined the world completely yet---just cracked it a little. So, you still have that to look forward to." He knew she had a hard time with her dual nature, but only because she thought it was either one or the other. "Suit yourself." The void mind be strangely peaceful because in a way it was home. She had spent equal amount of time within the void as she did within the mortal realm.

Elowyn Sullivan [4:55 PM]
At his words she threw one of her shoes at him. "Lets not try that." She told him shaking her head. "Cool." She said sliding enough out that she was sitting by his throne. It was here she would stay just letting her mind drift.

Yiska Lavoie-Darzi [4:57 PM]
"But, we need to so you can have the full experience." He told her slide just enough to the side to allow her shoes to come wheezing past. He took a seat upon his throne, allowing her to sit in silence for however long she wishes.

Elowyn Sullivan [5:01 PM]
"Oh hush you." Sometimes he was just impossible. He didn't have to stay there if he didn't want she would be fine. She closed her eyes and somehow fell asleep.

Yiska Lavoie-Darzi [5:01 PM]
He stayed because he wanted.
